REO Status Report definition

REO Status Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
REO Status Report. A report or reports substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto setting forth, among other things, with respect to each REO Property that was included in the Trust Fund as of the close of business on the Determination Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report or reports, (i) the Acquisition Date of such REO Property, (ii) the amount of income collected with respect to any REO Property (net of related expenses) and other amounts, if any, received on such REO Property during the Collection Period ending on such Determination Date and (iii) the value of the REO Property based on the most recent Appraisal or other valuation thereof available to the Master Servicer as of such Determination Date (including any valuation prepared internally by the Special Servicer).
