Securities Transactions definition

Securities Transactions means (a) securities lending arrangements, and (b) repurchase and reverse repurchase arrangements with respect to securities and financial instruments.

Securities Transactions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

More Definitions of Securities Transactions

Securities Transactions means the following transactions conducted pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Clearing Sdn. Bhd:
