Securities Transactions definition

Securities Transactions means (a) securities lending arrangements, and (b) repurchase and reverse repurchase arrangements with respect to securities and financial instruments.

Securities Transactions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

• In Finance Bill 2017, section 10(38) was amended to provide that exemption under this section for income arising on transfer of equity share acquired on or after 1st day of October 2004 shall be available only if the acquisition of share is chargeable to Securities Transactions Tax (STT) under Chapter VII of the Finance (No 2) Act, 2004.

More Definitions of Securities Transactions

Securities Transactions means any Transaction effected by the Company on the instruction of the Client to purchase, invest in, subscribe for, sell, exchange or otherwise deal with or dispose of any Securities including holding Securities in the name of the Company or the Company’s nominee;

Securities Transactions means a purchase, sale, or any other type of acquisition or disposition of a Covered Security.

Securities Transactions means the purchase and/or sale of Securities and/or the arrangement of the purchase and/or sale of Securities subject to the conditions laid down in the Terms and Conditions.

Securities Transactions means (a) any transaction, purchase, investment, sale, trading, entering, exchange, acquisition, holding, transfer, making, clearing, settlement, disposal or dealing in, of and with any Securities and generally dealing in any and all kinds of Securities; and/or (b) Stock Options Trading; 「證券交易」指(a)任何證券的交易、買入投資、賣出、交易、訂立、兌換、收購、持有、轉移、作出、結算、交收、 處置或買賣，以及全面買賣任何及所有種類的證券；及/或(b)股票期權交易；

Securities Transactions means the purchase and sale of bonds and other securities by an insurance company.

Securities Transactions means:
