Rentech Entities definition

Rentech Entities means Rentech and any Subsidiary of Rentech, other than the General Partner or a member of the Partnership Group; and “Rentech Entity” means any of the Rentech Entities.

Examples of Rentech Entities in a sentence

  • The Company shall, and shall cause each Group Member to, conduct their respective businesses and operations separate and apart from those of any other Person (including the Rentech Entities), except as provided in this Section 2.8.

  • Each material contract between the Company or the Partnership, on the one hand, and any of the Rentech Entities or their respective members, shareholders or partners, as applicable, on the other hand, shall be in writing.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;

  • Contributors means any organization(s), entity(ies) and/or individual(s) providing technology and/or patent rights related to the ATCC Material, or original material to ATCC for deposit.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Buyer Group Member means the Buyer, its Affiliates, and each of their successors and assigns, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Sellers has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Transferred Subsidiaries shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.
