Security Party definition

Security Party means any one of them.
Security Party means the Borrower, the Guarantors and any other person (except a Creditor Party and an Approved Manager which is unaffiliated with the Borrower or the Guarantors) who, as a surety, guarantor, mortgagor, assignor or pledgor, as a party to any subordination or priorities arrangement, or in any similar capacity, executes a Finance Document;

  • Any interest accruing under this Clause 3.4 (Default interest) shall be immediately payable by the Security Party on demand by the Lender.

  • Where any other Finance Document provides that Clause 1.3 (Interpretation) and Clause 1.4 (Construction of certain terms), shall apply to that Finance Document, any other provision of this Agreement which, by its terms, purports to apply to all or any of the Finance Documents and/or any Security Party shall apply to that Finance Document as if set out in it but with all necessary changes.
