Registros significan libros, documentos y demás datos relativos a asuntos concernientes a la ejecución de obligaciones en el marco de este Acuerdo. 1.48. "Representantes" significan, en relación con el Receptor, sus Filiales y sus respectivos directores, funcionarios y empleados, agentes, contratistas, consultores, asesores y representantes que (a) están sujetos a una obligación de confidencialidad pa ra proteger la Información Confidencial en términos no menos restrictivos a los contenidos en este Acuerdo; y (b) tienen la necesidad de conocer la Información Confidencial en relación con este Acuerdo. 1.49. "Especificaciones" significan las especificaciones de materiales para la fabricación, procesamiento, empaque, rotulado, prueba y procedimientos de prueba, despacho, almacenamiento y suministro del Producto, plasmadas en el Anexo A, después de la Fecha Efectiva (y en cualquier caso, antes del suministro, conforme al Cronograma de Entregas acordado) y según sean reformadas, complementadas o de otro modo modificadas por Pfizer y comunicadas al Comprador. 1.50. "Impuestos" tendrán el significado asignado en la Sección 3.4. 1.51. "Vigencia", con respecto a este Acuerdo, tendrá el significado asignado en la Sección 6.1. 1.52.
