Registered Unitholder definition

Registered Unitholder means a Person, other than the Corporation, (i) who at the relevant time is reflected in the records of The Taubman Realty Group Limited Partnership as a partner in such partnership (or who as the result of a Transfer of Units is being admitted as a partner in such partnership) or (ii) who is (or upon completion of the relevant Transfer (including, for these purposes, the exercise of an option to acquire a Unit) will become) a beneficial owner of Units.
Registered Unitholder means, as of the Unitholder Record Date, each holder of one or more Trust Units that, at such time, are outstanding and entitled to the benefits of the Declaration of Trust, as shown on the register of such holders maintained by the Transfer Agent or by the Trustees on behalf of the Fund.
Registered Unitholder means a registered holder of Units.
