REIT Units Sample Clauses
REIT Units. Each REIT Unit shall have the rights and be governed by the provisions set forth in this Agreement; and none of such REIT Units shall have any preemptive rights, or give the holders thereof any cumulative voting rights. REIT Units shall be evidenced by entries on Exhibit A. Certificates representing REIT Units shall not be issued; provided, however, that the Manager may provide that some or all of the REIT Units shall be certificated.
REIT Units. The Company owns REIT Units in the amounts set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement. All of the REIT Units are, and will be immediately prior to the Effective Time, held of record solely by the Company, free and clear of Liens.
