Global Registered Certificate means a global certificate representing ETP Securities in registered form.

Global Registered Certificate means, in respect of Registered Securities, a certificate in permanent global form representing all of the Securities of the Series, substantially in the form set out in the Master Trust Terms.

Examples of Global Registered Certificate in a sentence

  • In respect of Registered Securities relating to a Series to be issued in global form, as stated in the Final Terms, the Global Registered Certificate in respect of such Registered Securities will be registered in the name of a nominee for, and shall be deposited on its issue date with a common depositary on behalf of, the Clearing Systems.
