Regional Chapter definition

Regional Chapter means a Chapter established by a Special Resolution approved by the Council. Such Chapter shall have a minimum of fifteen members. There shall be only one Chapter in each province of Sri Lanka and thereby the maximum number of Chapters shall be Nine.
Regional Chapter means the regional chapter established by the National Council in terms of section 70;
Regional Chapter means an incorporated not-for-profit entity, with a minimum combined total of 10 Manufacturer and Associate Members, from each Province and Territory or such other geographically described area as approved by the board of directors;
