Approved Petroleum Engineer definition

Approved Petroleum Engineer means (a) Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., (b) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Consultants, L.P., (c) Xxxxxxxxxx Petroleum Consultants, Inc., or (d) any reputable firm of independent petroleum engineers selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Approved Petroleum Engineer means Xxxxxxx Associates Limited or any other nationally recognized independent petroleum engineers selected by the Company.
Approved Petroleum Engineer means Lee Xxxxxxx xxx Associates, Inc. or any other reputable firm of independent petroleum engineers as shall be selected by Borrower and approved by Required Banks, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • The Borrower shall submit any such request made by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and each Lender and, at the time of such request, the Borrower shall (A) deliver to the Administrative Agent and each Lender an updated Engineering Report prepared either by the Borrower or any Approved Petroleum Engineer and (B) notify the Administrative Agent and each Lender of the Borrowing Base requested by the Borrower.

Approved Petroleum Engineer means any reputable firm of independent petroleum engineers as shall be selected by Borrower and approved by Administrative Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
