Refurbishment Contract definition

Refurbishment Contract means the contract entered into between the Builder and the Borrower in relation to the refurbishment of the Vessel as further amended from time to time by a Permitted Amendment.
Refurbishment Contract means the Refurbishment Contract dated November 7, 2001 between the Borrower and the Refurbisher in respect of the refurbishment of certain Contributed Equipment as contemplated by such contract.
