Refund Guarantor means Bank of Communications, Fuzhou Branch of Fuzhou, People’s Republic of China and/or any other bank or financial institution acceptable to the Bank in its sole discretion and appointed by the Builder to issue a Refund Guarantee and includes their respective successors in title and “Refund Guarantors” means any or all of them;
Refund Guarantee means a, or if more than one, each refund guarantee arranged by the Yard in respect of a Pre-delivery Installment and provided by one or more financial institutions contemplated by the Construction Contract, or by other financial institutions reasonably satisfactory to the Lead Arrangers, as credit support for the Yard’s obligations thereunder.
Security Parties means each Borrower, each Guarantor, each Chargor, and any other person (other than a Manager or Charterer) who may at any time during the Facility Period be liable for, or provide security for, all or any part of the Indebtedness, and "Security Party" means any one of them.
Warrantors means the Founders, the Founder Holdcos and the Group Companies.
Corporate Guarantor means Navios Maritime Holdings Inc., a company incorporated in the Xxxxxxxx Islands and having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX00000;
U.S. Guarantors means and include each U.S. Borrower (in its capacity as a guarantor under the U.S. Guaranty) and each U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor.
Original Guarantors shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Preamble hereof.
Canadian Guarantors means (i) each Canadian Borrower in its capacity as a guarantor under the Canadian Borrowers/Subsidiaries Guarantee and (ii) each other Canadian Subsidiary of Silgan.
Parent Guarantors means the Company, Holdings I, Holdings II, Holdings III, Holdings IV and Holdings V.
Foreign Guarantors means and includes each Foreign Borrower and each Foreign Subsidiary Guarantor.
Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;

Corporate Guaranty means a legal document used by an entity to guaranty the obligations of another entity. Cost of New Entry:
Additional Guarantors shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Preamble hereof.
Seller Guarantor means (i) [ ] (so long as it qualifies as an Acceptable Guarantor) or (ii) any other Acceptable Guarantor.
Subsidiary Guarantors means each direct or indirect Domestic Subsidiary that is a Restricted Subsidiary in existence on the Closing Date or that becomes a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement pursuant to Section 8.11.
Initial Guarantors shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor each Canadian Subsidiary of any Canadian Borrower which executes and delivers the Canadian Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, in each case, unless and until such time as the respective Canadian Subsidiary Guarantor ceases to constitute a Canadian Subsidiary of the Parent Borrower or is released from all of its obligations under the Canadian Guarantee and Collateral Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.
U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor means each U.S. Subsidiary which has executed and delivered to the U.S. Administrative Agent the U.S. Subsidiary Guaranty (or a supplement thereto).
Security Party means the Borrowers, the Corporate Guarantor, the Shareholder or any other person who may at any time be a party to any of the Security Documents (other than the Banks);
Covenantors means the Group Companies, the Founder and the Founder Holding Company, and a “Covenantor” means any of the Covenantors.
Corporate Guarantee means a guarantee of the obligations of the Borrowers under this Agreement and the other Finance Documents to which each Borrower is a party, in the Agreed Form;
Call Off Guarantor means the person acceptable to a Contracting Body to give a Call Off Guarantee;
Guarantor Payment as defined in Section 5.11.3.
Obligors means the Borrower and the Guarantors.
Co-Issuers The Issuer and the Co-Issuer.
