Refinanced Notes definition

Refinanced Notes means the notes issued pursuant to the Refinanced Debt Agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated to the extent permitted by Section 9.04(b).
Refinanced Notes. Each Class of Secured Notes that are the subject of a Partial Refinancing.
Refinanced Notes means, collectively, the Original Class A-1 Notes, the Original Class A-2 Notes, the Original Class B Notes, the Original Class C Notes and the Original Class D Notes.

  • Issuance and Authentication of Refinancing Notes; Cancellation of Refinanced Notes.

More Definitions of Refinanced Notes

Refinanced Notes has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(b)(vii).

Refinancing Notes means the €201,250,000 Class A-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2027, the €30,000,000 Class A-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2027, the€20,500,000 Class B-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2027 and the €30,000,000 Class B-2 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2027 authorised by resolutions of the board of Directors of the Issuer on 12 January 2017 and issued by the Issuer on or about 16 January 2017 and constituted by the Trust Deed.";
Refinanced Notes means from and after a refinancing, if any, in whole or in part of the 2004 Notes, the notes or series of notes issued in connection with such refinancing.
Refinanced Notes is defined in Section 11.3(a) of the Participation Agreement.
Refinanced Notes means the Notes in this Series which are to be redeemed from the proceeds of the Refinancing Notes and the Applicable Subordinated Loan(s) (if any) and/or the Applicable First Loss Loan(s) (if any) borrowed in respect of the Refinancing Notes, as set out in Series Condition 2.2.2 of the Series Conditions;
