Redemption Warrant definition

Redemption Warrant means any Common Stock Purchase Warrant in the form attached as EXHIBIT E issuable or issued as part of the Optional Redemption Consideration.

More Definitions of Redemption Warrant

Redemption Warrant means the warrants issued by Parent pursuant to this Section 2.08.

Related to Redemption Warrant

  • Redemption Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a). “Reviewed Year” has the meaning ascribed to said phrase under Section 6225(d)(1) of the Code.
