Redemption Notice definition

Redemption Notice means a notice in a form approved by the Company by which a holder of Public Shares is entitled to require the Company to redeem its Public Shares, subject to any conditions contained therein.
Redemption Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).
Redemption Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a).

  • Each Redemption Notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the outstanding balance of the Note to be redeemed and the Redemption Amount.

  • After receipt of a Redemption Notice, the Holder shall have five (5) Trading Days (beginning with the Trading Day immediately following the date such Redemption Notice is delivered to the Holder in accordance with this term of this Section 1(d)) to elect to convert all or any portion of this Note.
