Each Redemption Notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the outstanding balance of the Debenture to be redeemed and the Redemption Amount.
After that time, the right to convert Called Notes on account of the Company’s delivery of the Redemption Notice shall expire.
On presentation and surrender of the Notes at the place or places stated in the Redemption Notice, the Notes shall be paid and redeemed by the Company at the applicable Redemption Price.

After receipt of a Redemption Notice, the Holder shall have five (5) Trading Days (beginning with the Trading Day immediately following the date such Redemption Notice is delivered to the Holder in accordance with this term of this Section) to elect to convert all or any portion of this Debenture.
