Examples of Redemption Time in a sentence
As from the Redemption Time, no Preferential Dividends shall be payable on the B Shares.
The B Shares shall be redeemed at such time or times as the Directors may in their absolute discretion determine (each a Redemption Time).
For greater certainty, after the Redemption Time, the rights in respect of Special Shares of such holder shall no longer be exercisable by such holder in respect thereof.
