Warrant Agent definition

Warrant Agent means the Transfer Agent and any successor warrant agent of the Company.
Warrant Agent means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, in its capacity as warrant agent of the Warrants, or its successors from time to time;
Warrant Agent means initially, U.S. Bank Trust National Association.

Examples of Warrant Agent in a sentence

  • Upon any such transfer, a new Warrant representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants shall be issued and the old Warrant shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent.

  • If the office of the Warrant Agent becomes vacant by resignation or incapacity to act or otherwise, the Company shall appoint in writing a successor Warrant Agent in place of the Warrant Agent.
