Receipt Point Volume definition

Receipt Point Volume means the Shipper’s gross metered volume at a Receipt Point, expressed in MMBtu.

  • Shipper’s share of Fuel consumed in the operations of the System shall be determined and allocated by Gatherer to each Receipt Point upstream of the applicable point Gas is actually consumed by multiplying the Gas consumed at such point on the System by a fraction calculated by the Receipt Point Volume upstream of such point divided by all Gas volume attributable for all Receipt Points upstream of such point.

  • Prior to allocation of Fuel and Lost Gas, Shipper’s Receipt Point Volume shall be reduced for any corresponding gas lift volumes delivered to a Gas Lift Meter for usage in Xxxxx upstream of the corresponding Receipt Point.

  • For all of Shipper’s Gas received by Gatherer at the Receipt Points, Shipper will pay Gatherer the Gathering Fee set forth in Exhibit 1.43 multiplied by the Receipt Point Volume.

  • For all of Shipper’s Gas received by Gatherer at the Receipt Points, initially, Shipper will pay Gatherer the Gathering Fee for the applicable System set forth in Exhibit 1.32 multiplied by the Receipt Point Volume.

  • Shipper shall pay Gatherer a monthly gathering fee (“North Core Gathering Fee”) computed as the product of: (a) the MMBtu equivalent of the North Core Receipt Point Volume for such Month multiplied by (b) the applicable gathering rates set forth in Section 3.C.1 of the Commercial Terms.

  • If the Xxxxx Ranch Receipt Point Volume for a particular Month exceeds the applicable Xxxxx Ranch Minimum Volume for such Month (“Xxxxx Ranch Volumetric Excess”), then Gatherer shall carry forward and apply such Xxxxx Ranch Volumetric Excess to reduce Xxxxx Ranch Volumetric Deficiencies occurring in subsequent Months.

Related to Receipt Point Volume

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Residue Gas means that portion of all Gas, as measured at the tailgate of the Gas Plant, remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Gas Plant and field fuel requirements, and Gas Plant and field losses or uses of Gas at the Gas Plant.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.
