Recapitalisation Agreement definition

Recapitalisation Agreement means the agreement dated 11 March 1998, as amended, among Derby International, DFS, Derby L.L.C., Perseus Cycle L.L.C. and the Company in relation to the Recapitalisation (and includes, inter alia, any tax covenants, disclosure letters and all other documents delivered to or by any party thereto pursuant or in relation to such agreement).
Recapitalisation Agreement means the agreement dated 2 February 2015, entered into between the Individual Equity Investors, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Committed Existing Bondholders, which is described in section 9.3 of Part 11 (Additional Information) of the Rights Issue Prospectus appended hereto as Appendix B.
