Rate Designation Date definition

Rate Designation Date means that Business Day which is (a) in the case of Base Rate Borrowings, 11:00 a.m., Houston, Texas time, on the date of such borrowing and (b) in the case of LIBOR Borrowings, 11:00 a.m., Houston, Texas time, on the date three LIBOR Business Days preceding the first day of any proposed Interest Period.
Rate Designation Date means that Business Day which is (a) in the case of Base Rate Borrowings, 9:00 a.m., San Francisco, California time, on the date of such borrowing and (b) in the case of LIBOR Borrowings, 9:00 a.m., San Francisco, California time, on the date three LIBOR Business Days preceding the first day of any proposed Interest Period.
