If a Rate Determination Notice has been given, then until such Rate Determination Notice has been withdrawn by the Administrative Agent, no Eurocurrency Loans of the applicable Lenders denominated in such Agreed Foreign Currency shall have an Interest Period having a duration equal to an Affected Interest Period.
If such notice is given, then the outstanding principal amount of the LIBOR Advances shall be converted to Base Rate Advances effective from the date of the Rate Determination Notice; provided that the Applicable Liquidity Rate in respect of such Base Rate Advances shall be increased by one percent (1.00%).

Failure to File a timely Postpetition Interest Rate Determination Notice will be deemed an agreement to accept Postpetition Interest as described in Section I.A.99.f.i. Section IV.P provides the procedure for Filing Postpetition Interest Rate Determination Notices and resolving disputes relating to any Postpetition Interest Rate Determination Notice.
