In addition, at any time after Foothill has made the initial Advance to the Borrower and the Collections are applied to reduce the outstanding Advances and all other Obligations that are then due and payable, Foothill shall on the day of receipt of such Collections initiate a wire transfer of the Collections remaining after such application to Borrower to the Designated Account.
