Reference Rate Determination Date definition

Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the Reset Date on which such Reset Interest Period commences.

More Definitions of Reference Rate Determination Date

Reference Rate Determination Date shall be the second day preceding each Reference Rate Reset Date. In the event the Reference Rate Determination Date falls on a non-Business Day in London, the interest rate shall reset on the following Business Day unless such Business Day would move the Reference Rate Determination Date into the next calendar month, in which case it shall be the immediately preceding Business Day.
