QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR definition

QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR means that Person who is specifically designated by a Permittee and has accepted the responsibility for the duties specified in subsections 900.050, 1000.050, and 1100.050 of these Regulations.
QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR means the person designated by Franchisee who is responsible for the duties identified in subsection 900.050 of the EMS Regulations.

  • The Service Provider shall utilize an experienced Quality Assurance Director and rigorous QA program that includes Service Provider oversight and customer service support outside of the day-to-day People First Service Center staff and management team to audit and evaluate business processes and KMS content for all service centers providing Services for continuous improvement, necessary additional business processes to be documented and applicable industry best practice implementation.

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.

  • Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
