Qptions definition

Qptions means rights, options or warrants to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire either Common Stock or Convertible Securities other man stock options or similar stock purchase rights described in Section 3(d)(i)(A)(2).

  • Rights or Options means warrants, options or other rights to purchase or acquire shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support. Programs do not include Integrated Software or any Operating System or any software release prior to general availability (e.g., beta releases).

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.7.

  • Features means the functionality to be developed and provided as part of the CAE Services.

  • Incentives means those payments made by the Program Administrator to Customers pursuant to the Program and these Terms and Conditions.

  • Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.

  • Calls means telephone messages attempted by customers or users.
