Purchaser Group Companies means the Purchaser and any subsidiaries thereof.

Purchaser Group Companies means each Purchaser Party and any and all corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, associations and other entities controlled by any Purchaser Party, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, including any variable interest entity controlled by and consolidated with any Purchaser Party.

  • The Purchaser Group Companies hold all Permits necessary for the lawful conduct of their respective businesses and are in compliance in all respects with the terms of all such Permits, in each case except for failures to hold or be in compliance with Permits as has not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Purchaser Material Adverse Effect.

Related to Purchaser Group Companies

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Purchaser Affiliate means any affiliate of the Purchaser, including a transferee who is an affiliate of the Purchaser, and any person who controls the Purchaser or any affiliate of the Purchaser within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act; and

  • Purchaser Parties means, collectively, the Purchasers and any of their respective former, current or future directors, officers, employees, agents, general or limited partners, managers, members, stockholders, Affiliates or assignees or any former, current or future director, officer, employee, agent, general or limited partner, manager, member, stockholder, Affiliate or assignee of any of the foregoing.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.
