Examples of Purchase Event in a sentence

In connection with a Modification Purchase Event, or if the Servicer takes any action not in accordance with its Servicing Procedures during any Collection Period pursuant to Section 4.2 that materially impairs the rights of the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee, the Certificateholders or the Noteholders in any Receivable, the Servicer shall purchase the related Receivable as of the last day of such Collection Period.
