Public transit system definition
Public transit system means the same as defined in Iowa Code section 324A.1. “Regional transit system” means the same as defined in Iowa Code section 324A.1. “Skills test” means the skills test required by rule 761—607.28(321).
Public transit system means an urban or regional transit system providing transit services accessible to the general public and receiving federal, state or local tax support.
