Public Information Meeting definition

Public Information Meeting means a meeting held at the discretion of the Regional District for the purpose of providing an Applicant with the opportunity to present a proposal, entertain questions, facilitate discussion, and seek preliminary feedback from those who believe that their interest in property is affected by the proposal.
Public Information Meeting means a meeting held by an applicant for the purpose of informing residents of an intended development subject to at least one development application;
Public Information Meeting means a meeting conducted by Town staff to provide information about an Application under this bylaw and to obtain comments from the public prior to any statutory Public Hearing on the Application.

  • Public Information means information that:

  • Non-Public Information means material non-public information (within the meaning of United States federal, state or other applicable securities laws) with respect to Borrower or its Affiliates or their Securities.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • 430C Information means information included in a prospectus then deemed to be a part of the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430C.

  • Confidential personal information means a party’s or a party’s child’s Social Security number; date of birth; driver license number; any other names used, now or in the past; and employer’s name, address, and telephone number.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. Any reference to genetic information concerning an individual or family member of an individual who is a pregnant woman, includes genetic information of any fetus carried by such pregnant woman, or with respect to an individual or family member utilizing reproductive technology, includes genetic information of any embryo legally held by an individual or family member. The term “genetic information” does not include information about the sex or age of any individual.
