Project Provinces and Municipalities definition

Project Provinces and Municipalities means the forty two (42) provinces, and the Municipalities therein, listed in the Annex to the Project Implementation Manual entitled “Project Provinces and Municipalities”, as such list may be revised up to the Effective Date, which provinces are located in Regions IV through XII, CARAGA and the Cordillera Administrative Region in the territory of the Borrower; and such other provinces and Municipalities of the Borrower which may from time to time be designated as Project Provinces and Municipalities by written agreement between the Borrower and the Bank.

Related to Project Provinces and Municipalities

  • Project Provinces means those provinces and municipalities of the Borrower listed in the Annex to Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said Annex may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Borrower and the Association, and a “Project Province” means any of said Project Provinces;

  • Municipalities means cities, villages and incorporated towns. “Units of local government” means counties, municipalities, townships, special districts, and units, designated as units of local government by law, which exercise limited governmental powers or powers in respect to limited governmental subjects, but does not include school districts;

  • local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;

  • The Municipality means Mossel Bay Municipality.

  • SDA municipality means a municipality in which an SDA

  • district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;

  • Municipality means a city, village or town.

  • Participating Municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

  • metropolitan municipality means a municipality that has exclusive executive and legislative authority in its area, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category A municipality;

  • Eligible municipality means any of the following:

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • District superintendent means the superintendent of a district or the chief administrator of a public school academy.

  • Distressed municipality means a municipality that is qualified

  • Sanctions Authorities means the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, including without limitation, OFAC, the United States Department of State, and Her Majesty's Treasury;

  • Governmental Agency(ies) means, individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency (including, without limitation, each applicable Regulatory Agency) with jurisdiction over the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Project Implementing Entity’s Legislation means the Charter of the Municipal Development Fund established pursuant to Decree No. 118 of the Government of Georgia dated July 23, 2005, as amended to date.

  • Rural areas means any area within the county located outside the

  • Province means the procuring Department, incorporating the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.

  • Governmental Agencies means governmental and/or quasi-governmental agencies, airport authorities, passport agencies, customs officials, and such similar entities.

  • competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;

  • Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.

  • Rural area means any county with a population of fewer than twenty thousand individuals. "Small business concern," as used in this clause, means a concern, including its affiliates, that is

  • Territories means territories, including territorial waters;

  • Agricultural activities means agricultural uses and practices including, but not limited to: Producing, breeding, or increasing agricultural products; rotating and changing agricultural crops; allowing land used for agricultural activities to lie fallow in which it is plowed and tilled but left unseeded; allowing land used for agricultural activities to lie dormant as a result of adverse agricultural market conditions; allowing land used for agricultural activities to lie dormant because the land is enrolled in a local, state, or federal conservation program, or the land is subject to a conservation easement; conducting agricultural operations; maintaining, repairing, and replacing agricultural equipment; maintaining, repairing, and replacing agricultural facilities, provided that the replacement facility is no closer to the shoreline than the original facility; and maintaining agricultural lands under production or cultivation;

  • Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.

  • Region means the Control Areas and Transmission Facilities with respect to which a Party serves as RTO or Reliability Coordinator under NERC policies and procedures.
