Project Dispute definition

Project Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c).
Project Dispute means a dispute over a matter, which affects more than one Employer and any of their Employees.

Examples of Project Dispute in a sentence

  • The Joint Tribunal shall become the arbitral tribunal in respect of First Dispute and Related Project Dispute and the Parties shall revoke the authority of any arbitral tribunal already appointed in respect of the First Dispute or Related Project Dispute (as appropriate).

  • The Parties shall be bound by any directions or orders made by the Joint Tribunal as to their joinder in any arbitration proceedings in respect of any First Dispute and/or Related Project Dispute and shall also be bound by any procedural directions and any subsequent award made by the Joint Tribunal.

  • A Client accepts that while a service is under Project Dispute review no further work or services can be carried out or delivered until SA Online has completed its assessment and made a formal response and advised on official position.

  • Dispute If a dispute arises in relation to this Agreement or the Project (Dispute), a party must not commence court proceedings or arbitration relating to the Dispute without first complying with this clause 22, except proceedings for urgent interlocutory relief.

  • In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or any Construction involving or otherwise relating to the Construction Project ("Dispute"), the complaining Party shall provide a notice of the dispute ("Dispute Notice") to the other Party.

  • In the event that NEW RADO delivers to OLD RADO a Cumberland Project Dispute Notice within such fifteen (15) day period, OLD RADO and NEW RADO shall use their best efforts to settle the Cumberland Project Dispute within five (5) days after the giving of such Cumberland Project Dispute Notice.

  • The Project Dispute List was prepared by management of the Company in the Ordinary Course of Business on a basis in accordance with the principles and procedures described in Part II of Section 5.12(g) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
