Programme Amount definition

Programme Amount means € 16,000,000,000.
Programme Amount means the maximum aggregate outstanding Principal Amount of all of the Notes (including Existing Notes) that may be in issue under the Programme at any one point in time (being, as at the Programme Date, ZAR75,000,000,000) or such increased amount as is determined by the Issuer from time to time, as set out in the section of this Programme Memorandum headed "General Description of the Programme";
Programme Amount means EUR 10,000,000,000, being the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding at any one time that may be issued under the Programme calculated in accordance with Clause 3.5, as such amount may be increased from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12;
