Maturity Payment Amount definition

Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.

Maturity Payment Amount means, for each $1,000 Face Amount of this Security:

Maturity Payment Amount means the amount per Note of this Security that shall be determined by the Calculation Agent pursuant to Section 1 on the face of this Security.

• This Security is not entitled to any sinking fund.AccelerationIf an Event of Default, as defined in the Indenture, with respect to this Security shall occur and be continuing, the Maturity Payment Amount (calculated as set forth in the next sentence) of this Security may be declared due and payable in the manner and with the effect provided in the Indenture.

• The amount payable to the Holder hereof upon any acceleration permitted under the Indenture will be equal to the Maturity Payment Amount hereof calculated as provided herein, plus a portion of a final Contingent Coupon Payment, if any.

More Definitions of Maturity Payment Amount

Maturity Payment Amount means, for each $1,000 principal amount of this Security, the sum of (i) $1,000 and (ii) the Additional Amount, if any.

Maturity Payment Amount means, for each $1,000 principal amount of the Notes represented hereby, an amount equal to the greater of (a) $1,000 and (b) the Alternative Redemption Amount.

Maturity Payment Amount means, at the Maturity Payment Date, an amount per Deposit Note representing the repayment of the Initial Deposit Amount plus the Variable Return.

Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning specified in the relevant Notes.

Maturity Payment Amount means, for each YEELDS represented hereby, the lesser of (a) the Settlement Value and (b) the Equity Cap Price.
