Program Implementing Entity definition

Program Implementing Entity means Himachal Pradesh which is a party to the Program Agreement.

Program Implementing Entity means a legal entity (other than the Borrower or the Guarantor) which is responsible for implementing all or a part of the Program and which is a party to the Program Agreement or the Subsidiary Agreement.
