Procuring means enticing, encouraging, persuading, causing or securing another person to do something. For the purposes of these provisions procuring includes inciting, inducing or encouraging an act or omission.

  • The Procuring Entity's request for clarification and the response shall be in writing.

  • If the Performance Security furnished by the successful Tenderer is in the form of a bond, it shall be issued by a bonding or insurance company that has been determined by the successful Tenderer to be acceptable to the Procuring Entity.

  • A Tender valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Procuring Entity as non-responsive.

  • Any clarification submitted by a Tenderer in respect to its Tender and that is not in response to a request by the Procuring Entity shall not be considered.

  • Developing means to engage in Development and “Developed” has a corresponding meaning.
