Procuring definition

Procuring means enticing, encouraging, persuading, causing or securing another person to do something. For the purposes of these provisions procuring includes inciting, inducing or encouraging an act or omission.

  • The Procuring Entity's request for clarification and the response shall be in writing.

  • If the price of the item or component cannot be derived from the price of other substantially responsive Tenders, the Procuring Entity shall use its best estimate.
