Private Server definition

Private Server means the server privately established and operated by a third party without any authorization from Licensor or Licensee for providing end users with a game identical or similar to the Game or the Local Version.

Related to Private Server

  • private sewer means a pipe or pipes which drain foul or surface water, or both, from premises, and are not vested in a Sewerage Undertaker;
