Serving Wire Center definition

Serving Wire Center. (SWC) means a Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a third party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.
Serving Wire Center. CenturyLink Building from which dial tone for Telephone Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User customer premises.
Serving Wire Center denotes the Wire Center from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular customer premises.
