Local Version definition

Local Version means the Game provided in the Local Language.
Local Version means the adaptation of the Developed Format and any derivatives thereof for a local television program and/or for any other existing and/or future broadcast platforms in each of the Territories and Languages subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

For clarity, a Biosimilar of a Licensed Product shall constitute a Generic Version of such Licensed Product.

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • EULA means an end user license agreement for software of CenturyLink or a third-party provider. Customer End Users must accept a EULA before downloading certain software for use with the Service.
