Local Version means the Game provided in the Local Language.

Local Version means the adaptation of the Developed Format and any derivatives thereof for a local television program and/or for any other existing and/or future broadcast platforms in each of the Territories and Languages subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Local Version means the adaptation of the Developed Format to a local audio-visual program and/or derivative works based thereon, for exploitation in any of the Territories and Languages, in any and all media and by any and all means of exploitation whether now known or subsequently devised, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • It is aware of the fact that the Developed Format can be changed as part of its adaptation for a Local Version and it waives in advance any claim and/or demand regarding such changes.

  • This assistance shall include, but not limited to, software installation and set-up, maintenance support, patches and updates used by the Game software, reasonable and appropriate support and assistance for the localization of the Game into the Local Version, training Sub-licensee’s personnel in respect of the maintenance and operation of the software for the Game.

  • Further, notwithstanding any other provisions herein, whether the Local Version is commercially launched or not, if any, the MG that has not been recouped against the Royalty until the expiration or termination hereof shall not be further recouped or refunded to Licensee.

  • Upon Licensee’s request, Licensor shall dispatch its billing account manager to synchronize Billing System with the Local Version and incurring expense for this procedure shall be borne by Licensor.
