private health facility definition

private health facility means any hospital, institution or facility at which provision is made for diagnostic interventions, medical or surgical treatment, and nursing or other health care, which is not owned or controlled by an organ of State;
private health facility means a health facility owned and managed by private individual or corporate body mainly for profit making;
private health facility also means a Day Procedure Centres owned and/or operated by The Epping Surgery Centre Pty Ltd in NSW as defined by the Private Health Facilities ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Private Health Facilities Regulations 2017 (“the employer”).
