Privacy Authority definition

Privacy Authority means the relevant statutory or supervisory authority with responsibility for the Applicable Privacy Law in the jurisdiction of the Data Controller including the TRA.
Privacy Authority means the relevant supervisory authority with responsibility for privacy or data protection matters in the jurisdiction of the Processor or the Controller;

Privacy Authority shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(e).
