Prior Amendments definition

Prior Amendments means all Amendments with the exception of the Current Amendment.
Prior Amendments has the meaning set forth in the second paragraph under “BACKGROUND” above.
Prior Amendments means, collectively, the First Amendment to the Agreement, the Second Amendment to the Agreement and the Third Amendment to the Agreement.

Prior Amendments means the amendments and supplements to the Exclusive icense and Development Agreement dated as of December 8, 1979, by and between Biogen, Biogen .V., and Biogen N.V. and Schering, executed prior to the date hereof, including without limitation the following: (i) Supplemental Agreement, dated as of March 11, 1983, by and between Biogen N.V., Biogen B.V. and Schering; (ii) Amendatory Agreement, dated as of May 14, 1985, by and between Biogen B.V. and Schering; (iii) Amendment and Settlement Agreement, dated as of September 29, 1988 by and between Biogen, Biogen B.V. and Schering; (iv) Amendment, dated as of March 20, 1989 by and between Biogen B.V. and Schering; (v) Amendment, dated as of March 23, 1992, by and between Biogen and Schering; and (vi) Supplemental Amendment and Agreement, dated as of March 1, 1994, by and between Schering and Biogen.
Prior Amendments means the First Amendment, Second Amendment and Third Amendment of the Existing Lease. Effective on the Extended Term Commencement Date (defined above), the "Prior Amendments" are deleted and shall not be part of the "Lease" , and shall have no further effect except with respect to any remaining determinations of the rights, claims and obligations of the parties for the period prior to February 1, 2003 with respect to the Seventh Floor Premises.
