Order Amendment definition

Order Amendment means Our Authorised Order Amendment or series of Order Amendments, each Order Amendment having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.
Order Amendment means an issued and Authorised Order Amendment from the PCC or series of Order Amendments.
Order Amendment means the Buyer’s authorised Order Amendment or series of Order Amendments, each order amendment having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.

Examples of Order Amendment in a sentence

  • The Buyer shall have the right, before delivery to send the Supplier an Order Amendment adding to, deleting or modifying the Goods, or Service to be provided.

  • Where the Order Amendment will result in a change to the agreed price or delivery date the Supplier must notify the Buyer without delay, calculating the new price and delivery date at the same level of cost and profitability as the original price.

  • If an Authorised Officer fails to confirm the Order Amendment within the 10 business days stipulated, then performance of the original Agreement shall immediately resume as though the said Order Amendment had not been issued.

  • The Order Amendment shall take effect when an Authorised Officer accepts in writing the new price and delivery date within the 10 business days stipulated.

Order Amendment means a written notice by the Buyer to the Seller modifying the
Order Amendment means each Authorised amendment to any Purchase Order, each such Order Amendment (where applicable) having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.

Order Amendment means a document used to record the parties’ agreement to a change to the scope of execution of a PO. Order Confirmation or OC means the document issued by Supplier to KBRS confirming acceptance of the PO in the form agreed between the parties.
Order Amendment means our authorised Purchase Order amendment ‘Specification’ includes any drawings, plans, data or other information relating to the Goods or Services.
