An extension of time to perform the Work may only be granted by a written Change Order, Amendment, or Addendum to this Agreement, signed by the Executive or the Purchasing Director.
A Task Order Amendment is required if these additional services cannot be performed within the Task Order budget.
If the Municipality is so delayed in the timely performance of the Work, the Municipality’s sole and exclusive remedy is to request that a Change Order, Amendment, or Addendum to this Agreement be issued by the County and signed by the Executive or the Purchasing Director, permitting an extension of time to perform the Work in an amount equal to the time lost due to such delay.
