Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals definition

Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals means any pricing and reimbursement approvals which must be obtained before placing the Product on the market in the Field in any country in the Territory in which such approval is required.

Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals means an approval, agreement, determination or governmental decision establishing prices for the Licensed Product that can be charged and will be reimbursed by government authorities or otherwise in countries in the Territory where government authorities or government authorities of such country approve or determine pricing for pharmaceutical products for reimbursement or otherwise.

Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals means any pricing and reimbursement approvals which must be obtained before placing GADOLITE(R) on the market in any country in the Territory.

• Lian, or its relevant Affiliates or Sublicensees, will have the sole and exclusive right to file and hold all Regulatory Filings, and to apply for and maintain all Regulatory Approvals and Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals, in each case, for all Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory at Lian’s cost and expense in the name of Lian or any of its Affiliates and Sublicensees.

• Each Party shall provide the other Party, at such other Party’s request and expense, with summary documents related to the Product in the Territory for Regulatory Filings, Regulatory Approvals and Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals and key interactions with Regulatory Authorities relating thereto for which it is the responsible Party.

• All regulatory filings submitted in connection with testing, or obtaining Marketing Authorizations to market, a Licensed Compound or Product in the Field, including all IND, MAA and NDA submissions and other regulatory filings and Pricing and Reimbursement Approvals relating to the Licensed Compounds and Products, shall be owned by and submitted by and in the name and at the sole expense of Infinity, an Infinity Related Party or a subcontractor.
