Previously Subscribed Material means the journal titles subscribed to by the Institution under any previous or predecessor licence for [insert product name] licence, in particular the Previously Subscribed Material listed in the Quote.
Previously Subscribed Material means the journal titles subscribed to by the Institution under a previous licence(s) for ScienceDirect and/or IDEAL. For the avoidance of doubt previously subscribed material does not include any non-subscribed journal title available through the products Freedom, UTL and Subject Collections. The Previously Subscribed Material will be listed in the Quote. ″Quote″ means the pricing quotation in accordance with the Offer provided by the Publisher directly to the Institution for the Licensed Material applicable to the Institution. Once the Institution has accepted the price quotation from the Publisher and confirmed this by placing its order via the Jisc Collections Online Ordering Service, such quote shall form the Licence Fee for the Licensed Material.
Previously Subscribed Material means the journal titles subscribed to by the Institution under any previous or predecessor licence for Thieme Journals.
Examples of Previously Subscribed Material in a sentence
The Institution shall have Continuing Access Rights in respect of: all the Licensed Content published in any Licensed Title during the Subscription Period; all other Licensed Content published in any Licensed Title to which archival or continuing access rights apply; and all Previously Subscribed Material.
For the avoidance of doubt, except where expressly so stated, the subject matter of this Licence is separate from and does not include the subject matter of any pre-existing licence agreements between the Institution and the Publisher, including those under which the Institution is already entitled to access and use Previously Subscribed Material.
