Prevailing Wage Provision definition
Prevailing Wage Provision means the provisions of the Act and the resolutions, rules and regulations of the Authority, as adopted, amended and supplemented from time to time, requiring that workers engaged in Construction Contracts be paid a wage rate not less than the Prevailing Wage Rate, and that the Company and all contractors file such certificates, reports and records and do other prescribed acts as are necessary to demonstrate or assure compliance.
Prevailing Wage Provision means the requirements of the Authority set forth in the Authority Regulations and any other prevailing wage requirements of the Authority from time to time announced, as the same may from time to time be revised, amended or supplemented.

In any event, the Borrower shall pay the greater of the Prevailing Wage Rate, as defined in the Prevailing Wage Provision or the prevailing wage rate established under the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (Subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40 of the United States Code).
Artist’s failure to pay or ensure payment of prevailing wages or to comply with the Documentation Provision is subject to the provisions of EXHIBIT D, the remedies for Breach of Prevailing Wage Provision.
