In the event that the Prevailing Exchange Rate does not fall within the Currency Conversion Band, the currency conversion rate to convert Euros to U.S. Dollars will be $.9565 adjusted by the difference between such Prevailing Exchange Rate and the upper/lower limit of the Currency Conversion Band, as applicable.
The Share Prices in the table are expressed in U.S. dollars and, if expressed in a different currency as of any relevant Make-Whole Fundamental Change Effective Date, will be translated to U.S. dollars at the Prevailing Exchange Rate on such Make-Whole Fundamental Change Effective Date.
