Pretreatment Facilities definition

Pretreatment Facilities means structures, devices or equipment for the purpose of removing any wastes which would be harmful or damaging to the District's sewer mains or treatment facilities.
Pretreatment Facilities means devices or structures for use in treating industrial waste prior to entry into public sewers.
Pretreatment Facilities means structures, devices or equipment for the purpose of treating or removing from the Sewer System any wastes which would be harmful to the District’s wastewater collection system or the wastewater treatment works which the District uses or to which it is connected.
