Preliminary Performance Plans definition

Preliminary Performance Plans means the Preliminary Project Management Plan and the Preliminary Design-Build Plan.
Preliminary Performance Plans means the portion of the Technical Proposal described in Section 2.2 (Part 2: Preliminary Performance Plans) of Appendix C (Technical Proposal Instructions).

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:

  • Performance evaluation means evaluation of work and program participation as well as other areas of behavior.

  • Financial Performance Covenants means the covenants of the Borrower set forth in Section 10.11.

  • Performance Agreement means an agreement between an HSP and its CEO that requires the CEO to perform in a manner that enables the HSP to achieve the terms of this Agreement and any additional performance improvement targets set out in the HSP’s annual quality improvement plan under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010;
