PRECURSOR MATERIAL(S) definition

PRECURSOR MATERIAL(S) means any system of at least one reactive metallic component which has been subjected to IAI's Mechanical Alloying process, both as originally produced by such Mechanical Alloying and as subsequently consolidated and formed into a rod, wire or other such form by Mechanical Deformation. Precursor Material shall not include a system which has been processed to be superconducting. The term "REACTIVE METALLIC COMPONENT" shall not include a non-reactive or noble metal such as gold, silver or platinum.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;
