Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.
Common promotional plan means a plan, undertaken by a person
Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.
Tourism promotion means activities and expenditures designed to increase tourism, including but not limited to advertising, publicizing, or otherwise distributing information for the purpose of attracting and welcoming tourists; developing strategies to expand tourism; operating tourism promotion agencies; and funding marketing of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists.
Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means, with respect to any Co-Developed Product, the joint promotion and Detailing of such Co-Developed Product in the Co-Developed Territory using a coordinated sales force consisting of representatives of both Parties.
Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;
Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and
Tournament means a competition for the playing of Poker, which is restricted to persons who have completed an entry form and have paid the prescribed entry fee;
Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;
Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

Marketing Rights means promotional and advertising rights to photographs, video or film images, or other likenesses or images of the Athlete, Athlete’s image, voice, name, personality, likeness and fame gained in fencing as a member of the NSO National Team to promote the NSO and its high performance program and athletes, and includes all Athlete images whether captured in competition, training or in plain clothes, non- competition environments used in any media whatsoever (print, video, digital, social, etc.).
Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;
Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.
Traditional Territory means, subject to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, with respect to each Yukon First Nation and each Yukon Indian Person enrolled in that Yukon First Nation's Final Agreement, the geographic area within the Yukon identified as that Yukon First Nation's Traditional Territory on the map referred to in 2.9.0.
Food service establishment means a fixed or mobile restaurant, coffee shop, cafeteria, short order cafe, luncheonette, grill, tearoom, sandwich shop, soda fountain, tavern, bar, cocktail lounge, nightclub, drive-in, industrial feeding establishment, private organization serving the public, rental hall, catering kitchen, delicatessen, theater, commissary, food concession, or similar place in which food or drink is prepared for direct consumption through service on the premises or elsewhere, and any other eating or drinking establishment or operation where food is served or provided for the public. Food service establishment does not include any of the following:
Cannabis establishment means a cannabis cultivator, a cannabis manufacturer, a cannabis wholesaler, or a cannabis retailer.
Motion picture means a nationally or internationally distributed
Charitable sales promotion means an advertising or sales campaign, conducted by a commercial co-venturer, which represents that the purchase or use of goods or services offered by the commercial co-venturer will benefit, in whole or in part, a charitable organization or purpose.
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
Wholesale Establishment means any warehouse or place where goods are exclusively or principally sold for re-sale and/or where goods are sold for consumption and/or use in another business.
Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.
educational establishment means any school, college or other educational body designated by the Minister by order either specifically or by reference to a class, for the purposes of this Act;
